By booking a session, viewing your gallery, or using our website, you agree to these terms:

1. Session & Payment
Booking fees and retainers are non-refundable and required to secure your session date. Full payment is due before images are delivered. Digital downloads and print orders are non-refundable due to the nature of the products.

2. Image Delivery
Galleries are delivered digitally through Pixieset. Your gallery will remain available until the posted expiration date—please download and back up your images before it expires. Requests to reopen an expired gallery may incur a restoration fee.

3. Copyright

We retain the full copyright to all images, and may use selected photos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes You can opt out in writing and are subject to a marketing loss fee.

4. Usage Rights

You receive a personal-use print release, allowing you to print, share, and post your photos for personal use. You may not use the images for commercial use, resale, or editing using heavy retouching that impacts integrity of the brand. RAW files are not provided.

5. Print Quality Disclaimer

Print quality can vary when using third-party printers. We recommend ordering through your gallery for optimum results.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (Pixieset outages, emergencies, or unforeseen events).

7. Website Use
Unauthorized use, distribution, or copying of any website content or images is not allowed.
